This project aims to create a socially sustainable community. It offers a rich, mixed-use neighborhood for living, working, and leisure, while providing opportunities for choice, variety, and social interaction. By offering flexible floor plans, a wide range of unit types, and a variety of shared exterior public spaces, this neighborhood creates a multitude of opportunities for its residents and for the community.
